Deutero
Just picked a few copies of Amazing Adult Fantasy. Issue 14 is the the last issue before the title was changed to Amazing Fantasy. The second story is the first appearance of Tad Carter, who was the first X-Gene carrying mutant and the prototype character for Professor Charles Xavier. Nice UK price variant but shame about the subscription crease and spots of staple rust. What do you guys reckon it might get and do you think it’s worth a C&P? Thanks in advance! zzutak
Great book. Amazing Adventures #1-6 and Amazing Adult Fantasy #7-14 were among my first off-the-rack purchases. Fond memories. As is = 3.0 GD/VG. With a C&P = 3.0 GD/VG. A "clean" (single, thin) color-breaking subscription crease will put you in the CGC 5.0~6.0 range (which I personally regard as a tad too lenient). Your AAF #14 has a whole lot more staining and color-breaking wear than any of these examples. At the same time, its cover is 100% complete (with no pieces out or long tears) and securely attached at both staples, so a grade of 2.5 would be too harsh. One man's opinion. I think Tad Carter looks quite a bit like Peter Parker. Ditko was probably practicing for the next issue! grendelbo

Lpgk
1.8 due to the rust and sub crease. wouldn't recommend grading. save your fee money Deutero
Galen130
2.0. If you get it graded, C&P the chit out of it. Personally, I’d leave it bagged with a board. Deutero
LowGradeBronze
Looks a pretty solid 3.0 to me. Deutero
