Updated Email Address Not Being Used 1 1

Hello,

   I updated my email address in my profile.  I signed off and back on again using the new email address.  I even checked the Notifications page and my new email is listed, however, all my emails are still being sent to my old address.  Why is this happening and how can I get CGC to recognize the address listed in my profile?

You can contact our customer service department with your customer number and the correct email address and we can make sure that is updated on your account.  You can reach us at 877-662-6642 or by email at submissions@cgccomics.com.  If you don't mind providing that information here, I can also check that for you.
