Does it take a year to get a book reholdered? 1 1

Does it take one year for a book to get reholdered? Asking because it will be one year in September that CGC “received” my book for a reholder. Would have just placed it in a Mylar and kept label if I knew it would take this long.

I've had MCS send several books out to be reholdered and it took less than six months for each of them. I've never submitted any directly.

I would check to see if the book is lost 

a reholder these days should take “only” a few weeks to a couple of months

I had a recent reholder received at CGC on 5/10/22 and it shipped back out to me on 5/23/22. I would probably follow up with them.
