I’ve had a couple questions on it. The JIM 85 and FF 48 are excluded from the 30% off . 
 

in regards to the  JIM 85 , it has the slight tide line at the back top right corner , that you can also faintly see in the front top left corner , by the price; going through the 12 . That is the only area that shows it and otherwise the book is good. The back needs a cleaning and that would make it look nicer. I graded it down for the ride line and the dirt , but I think the book is improvable to around a VG range . It is complete , the staples are tight , and it presents really well .
