JIM 88 "2nd appearance of Loki" label update question

I've got a JIM 88 coming back to me.  The label says "2nd Appearance of Loki" in the notes. (The one pictured is not mine)

But I was wondering.... should the label notate "1st cover appearance of Odin", "1st cover appearance of Rainbow Bridge". "1st cover appearance of Asgard"

Are any of those important enough to have the label updated?

Do 1st "cover appearances" even mean anything?

Do 1st appearances of "places" or "things" mean anything?

What do you think?
