Also, one of the cards was to be removed and still on the list. How do I fix this? Should I start a new submission? revat Posted July 3, 2022 Share Posted July 3, 2022 Assuming you haven’t sent them to Cgc yet, i would just do a new form. If they’ve already been sent, you should 1000% go to the Cgc website, look up information for a phone number or email of customer service, and contact them. And do it ASAP.
