I need to up date my credit card that expired on the 1st.

I have books at CCS right now that are past the 8 month mark .

So they do not show up on tracking .

So the system won't let me update card since there is no " books in submission"

can u pleases help.

Hello, just an update on this.  I did receive confirmation today from our Help Desk team that, unfortunately, the Update Credit Card option will not display on invoices here over 8 months and that have moved off of the main tracking page.  We are working on updating that but we don't have an estimated time frame on when that will be available. 

If you do have invoices here older than 8 months and need to update the credit card info, please call or email us and we can take that information for you.
