New cases still lacking encapsulation? 3 3

Just bought my first “new style” slabbed comic, where there’s no encapsulation, the comic just flops around inside the case. I really hate this and want to re-submit it. My question is, as of summer 22 is this still what is being offered, or has cgc reverted back to the encapsulation inside the case?

I’d just email Cgc some pictures directly and see what your options are

To my knowledge, all CGC comics are encapsulated, then slabbed.  If yours is free-floating, no sealed capsule between the comic and the outer case, something went very wrong. 

As @revat advises, contact Customer Service with some photos to document the problem.
