MADAME XANADU (1981) # 1 - GLOSSY NM-/NM COPY - $12

What a great 40 year old book.  Art by Marshall Rodgers and Brian Bolland with a sweet cover by Michael Kaluta and also an interior poster by Kaluta as well.  This book is awesome.  Also note that the back cover predated the "virgin cover" thing by four decades.

The last time I posted this book, the doors of hell opened.  Hopefully that won't happen this time :D

I have TWO COPIES of this book at $12 each.

the thing I've always liked about this book is how proudly they display the creative team on the cover.

Sweet glossy copy with minimal edge wear.  Nice copy but a couple defects not on the other copies.  This one has light "thumbing" indentation at the right top cover edge..  Top right front cover corner has a tiny 1/32 to 1/16th inch corner crease.  It's TINY.  Other than those issues, this would be a sharp NM- or better copy.  It may be a NM- or better copy to you.  See scan.

SHOGUN WARRIORS # 1 - GLOSSY NM MINUS COPY - $15

Upper spine corner blunt that is visible on the back but not on front. See back cover scan.  There is production line running thru the "UN" of the SHOGUN logo which was done when the book was manufactured.  Not obtrusive but there.  Sweet book regardless.
