This is the first real sales thread I am making this year, so I have quite a bit of things that some might want to take and give a new home to. 

Clear and Concise Terms: 

1 - Payment: Local Pick Up in Cash which I have done a few times.  Shipping?  Then it is Check or US Postal Money Order, or Venmo.  I can ship any day of the week.  No waiting on my end.   Check or money order over $200 though in total purchase. 

2 - I will not deal with PL or HOS members or problem children. 

3 - Prices will be below average on many things especially if by check or money order or local pickup. 

4 - I will take back things that are misrepresented, (shouldn't be) or something that is controllable on my end.  I will not accept returns on sealed items that have been opened.   I will not take things back because your wife has threatened to divorce you.  (Yes this has been a thing before).

5 - I go by timestamp via PM or in the Thread. 

6 - Create a pile, sit back, have fun.  I will list all week.  Even if nothing sells you can see what you had the opportunity to buy before I put it up on eBay for more to compensate for fees.
