I like the inscription! For me this is a 5.5 all day long.

With pressing, going with 5.0/5.5 b/c of the crease on the reverse that breaks color and the inscription, which isn't a distributor marking (clearly). This would fall solidly in the looks better than the grade category. Pop's penmanship was not bad at all.
