Probably to be consistent most people (e.g. Overstreet) use the publication title -probably the one located at bottom of splash page (Franky 1 splash shown).

Shows up IIRC in Overstreet-type publications as "Frankenstein (Monster of...)".  And almost certainly also explains why "Amazing," "Mighty," or "Uncanny" is or isn't used for e.g. Spider-man, Thor, or X-Men.
