So this came in in a collection and it's been sitting there for a bit. Thought about grading it but it's low grade and CGC won't do anything with the signatures. Don't want to send it to the "other guys" and really don't want to Ebay it, as it's the wild wild west out there. So I figured I'd give it a try here on the boards.

X-men 1 Poor condition with taped tears front and back. Signed by Stan Lee and Chris Claremont. Cover is detached. Top staple doesn't go all the way through to center wrap.  Book is complete and is still a major key.
