Sub grade total doesn’t add up 0

So I’m feeling a bit frustrated and can’t find out why one card can get the exact sub grades and have a different grand total grade I saw an administrator say if the two lowest sub grades match that’s the final total and have seen a number of other cards get sub grades of 9.5 9.5 10 10 get a pristine 10 yet mine came back 9.5 9.5 10 10 with a final grade of 9.5 🤷🏻‍♂️

That eBay listed card is a 9.5 per the cert number verification - not sure if the label was just printed incorrectly, or the seller fudged it:

That is very strange.... that Rayquaza Def should be a 9.5.

I personally would consider contacting Cgc customer service for an explanation.  They have email and phone number on the Cgc website.
