Okay need some suggestions here. Never seen this problem before. 
I have an otherwise NM to NM+ copy of GI Joe 1 from Marvel Comics. 
See Scans. Here is the problem. When doing my internal inspection I noticed
two spots in which the pages were not cut they are still adjoined. How do 
I grade that? Its a production defect right?

do not try to cut it or separate them yourself.

I don't know how they grade it but I do know you'll get slammed if you try and change it now.

I had no plans on doing that. My question is how to grade it.

Universal label. In the past CGC would've noted it on the label - "Siamese pages." Now you'd probably need to scan the barcode to see that info.

Siamese pages have no effect on a book's condition grade (unless you mess with 'em).

Well thats what I thought, but I wasn't sure and wanted to hear that from others before going forward
selling the book. Thanks
