I have a Jack Kirby Collector #19 with a painted Captain America cover. Wonder what i have here as i cant find anything on the book with this cover. Included pics of what it normally looks like and mine. Indicia says Jack Kirby Collector #19.

yes it is! If only I had looked at the back cover when I checked the indicia. LOL. Thanks again for the assist.
