You've got the pretty obvious spine crease and some light spotting/color rub around the bottom edge and lower part of the spine. The bigger issue might be the dust/sun shadow on the back cover. That might drop it a grade or 2 below how the book otherwise presents. Someone might be able to clean that up a little depending on what it is.
