Wow, this is an extremely nice looking copy. Gorgeous bright colors.  A C&P will make it look even nicer.

Cover & CF are snug at the staples.  Except for a tiny bit of grime in the ghosts, the front cover is actually very clean.

3/16" tear at the top of back cover.

CF has two 3/4" margin tears at the top.

Nice comic.  Bright colors. Solid.  Cover & CF are snug at the staples.  Super small light crease in lower right corner. small "rub" on Felix's tail.  Light pencil mark by the sailboat.  Small flaw on the back cover free edge above the dotted line.

Presents nicely but has some flaws.  Cover & CF are snug at the staples.  Solid comic.  1/2" spine split at the top.  Crease upper right.  2 light creases lower right.  3/8" tear on the back cover by Felix's tail.  CF has a tear at the top of spine (see pic)
