Never Graded Before - But Feel Very Worried 0

About a year ago, I pulled a Umbreon Vmax Alt Art that had seemed to have had an issue. There was a line going down the card, and with some research, it seems to me that it is a "pinched layer" error. On top of that it looks spotless and extremely well centered. This card means the world to me now cuz of how unique it is, and it's one of the biggest pulls I've ever gotten. I want to get it graded, but I'm very scared that the card could be ruined. I would like to first say I don't believe CGC would damage a card on purpose for any reason. But I am scared that it could happen. As always when your worried about something, you search things up. And I've seen some posts saying that their cards came back in worse condition than they sent them (and it wasn't from shipping). So I'm at a cross-roads and would like some opinions. Figured the best place to ask would be the CGC's community posts :)
