I just received from a different boardie.  He thinks this copy is FN with a tiny stain.

The tiny stain is not found under my magnifying glass.  Just teensy ticks on the spine and top edge.  It looks nice.

Your thought?  It can be improved by pressing.

Possibly.  It's hard to know without the book in hand.  I can't tell from the scan how much the spine creases are indented into the cover.

Here are the spine and top edge. These pictures show the worst defects. It looks like a tear on the top edge but no tear. I checked it on inside the front cover. Still no tear.  The rest is nice.

Yeah, I think I'll stick with my 7.0 estimate.  I'm known for being conservative anyway.

I would agree. 7.5 at best with the spine stress lines. The black cover accentuates the defects. Still a great book. Good luck!
