MANNUP and grade this Weird Fantasy #16! 2 2

Strong appearance at first glance: bold inks, crisp spine and edges with minimal color loss. But... top edge has nibbles/nicks/foxing; spine corners have paper loss, especially on the back. Whacha think?

4.0 going by CGC's description of "below average". A tough call b/c it looks OK until you examine it closely and see the fairly significant defects that kind of blend in

4.0 feels right although a CGC grade of 4.5 or 3.5 wouldn't surprise me or hurt my feelings.
