Marvel book inside DC 4-pack at Walmart? 1 1

I bought a DC 4-pack from Walmart this morning. When I got it home and opened it, there were 3 DC books and 1 Marvel book inside??? It was a Warhammer 40,000 Marvel book.

Usually in these cases, the simplest explanation is the most likely explanation.  I can think of two possibilities.

1)  These packs are created and packaged up by the same parent company and an error was made that put a Warhammer book inside.

or

2)   Your pack was previously opened at the store by someone hunting for the rare variants.  A store employee then took the stacks of opened books and rewrapped them, mixing Marvel and DC books.

 

How did your pack look?  Was the outer plastic ripped or torn?  Did it seem like the original packaging?  Without more info, I lean towards #2, as I tend to see loose books scattered all over my Walmart from dishonest people.

It seemed unopened, but I guess it's not that hard to re shrink wrap something.
