I hope someone can help me grade this comic from my dad's collection.  He's 92 and these are the best scans he could send me.  It has water damage (or coffee or something on the front and back.)  Thanks in advance for your help!

Barring any other major flaws such as detached centerfolds or cover popped from staple which I can't really tell= 2.0
