Terms: First  claims the item. PM offers are also welcome especially for multiple books or from previous buyers.
Payments: PayPal for US customers / or e-transfer (for Canadians). 

Shipping: First slab is $25 CDN across Canada. Or if in Toronto area, pickup is an option.  International/US buyers: Exact shipping (seems to be around $23 USD most places). Please contact me for a quote. Please note ships from Canada, and while I don't think any US buyers will pay additional duty (and Canadian buyers inside Canada definitely shouldn't) customs charges are at buyers expense. Shipping discount for multiple books. 

Other: I will not sell to any Hall of Shamers or anyone on the Probation list.

Hello! Sure, see below. It's hard to see, but there's a horizontal crease about 1.5 inches long that starts about 2/3 of the way down the left side , roughly lining up with Beta's elbow. It's not a really obvious crease (and I missed it when I submitted it) but it is there.
