Maboc
I know the Stan sig would get a green label, it was years ago and CGC wasn't there. But would like to preserve it all the same. Has not been cleaned or pressed.
jcjames
4.0 Water stain caps it, plus moderate spine and edge wear. That's a nice book to have though, and a good quality Stan Lee sig and great placement. Edited November 6, 2022 by jcjames grendelbo

scburdet
I agree that the water stain keeps this at <5.0, but I don't think the grade matters much here if you personally had Stan sign it. I like the placement too, so many of his sigs are in the worst possible place for the book's aesthetics.

I wasn't really into grading at the time, and I don't believe CGC was even there. It was before he was doing a million signings, so he took his time and chatted with everyone a little bit. Something I want to preserve. I know it's not a high value book, but it means alot to me, and it deserves the protection. scburdet, Cash and jcjames

Personally, I’d bag it in Mylar with a board and put it somewhere safe.
Golden Pete
That is a nice Stan Lee sig and it's legit so that's good! 4.5 greeny
Golden Pete
I also agree with @Galen130. A nice mylar bag & board would be awesome and if you want to take it up a notch get a clear 80 point archival backing board, that would make this book pop my friend!
