Assuming health issues are deteriorating, I’d personally ship as much as possible to mycomicshop or another consigner as soon as possible. it may not absolutely maximize value, but assuming family members aren’t into comics, it makes more sense to get the guaranteed money ASAP and save them the work later. Fast forward to today, I've been through hell and back - by the grace of God (whether whoever reads this believes in my God or not from a Christian standpoint), I'm here to write this response. I completely understand your frustration, though I don't know your exact battle. BUT to call every/anyone as having no morals - I disagree with asserting that accusation, especially since you don't know each member personally. I can say with confidence that the majority of members here would help if they were able to. Realizing your desperation, which I have experienced, consider a more low-key approach for what it is worth. I pray for your good health and strength through your struggles...again understanding just how difficult it is to battle cancer. For me it is Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma and I've been fighting the ups and downs for 12 years now. I have had close to 40 infusions of various sorts and went through R-CHOP in 2018 (which just about killed me). To say the least, I should have Spidey powers at this point! Currently, I'm four years in remission from the 2018 scare, and praying that the next episode does not come any time soon - as it is statically going to be worse than my previous fights with this beast. Obviously, the respondents care about your situation (even if they have no experiences themselves) to offer crucial advice to help you. There was a point in time where I was forced (so-to-speak) to sell of dozens of high-end comics, both graded and not to help pay for my medical bills. Pressuring others is not an approach that will normally be successful in my opinion for what that is worth. When it comes to Creatures of the Id, I already sold my graded copies, the "reader" copy of it is all I have left of it. I am not trying to keep anything. At this point, that would be a useless exercise. I am not keeping any good copies of anything, just trying to sell whatever I have, and for some books that means selling my reader copy, which means it is my last of that book. Sorry if it came off another ways. Thank you all for your prayers and well wishes! Sorry for not always being worthy of them. I have having dexterity problems with my hands.
