not sure about those white spots in the blue on the front. 9.0/9.2 but could be lower if those spots are stains or the like

I'm pretty sure those blotches are stains.

8.5 thereabouts.

Great cover! The back cover is a mess though. Ol' Rob drew Wolverine's claws too big. He retracts them they'll extend into his humerus and lock his elbows.

This will not stop me from having the back cover signed. My CGC dealer says rumor is he's in the process of negotiating a signing.

Looks solid aside from the spots. 9.4. FYI I think this issue was prone to color rub. Mine also has a small white spot on the other side and it's not a stain.
