It is a sweet copy and actually has Peanuts on the back cover. These were published with different back covers, some are advertising, and some are Peanuts. Neal Adams cover and art - from 1968 this was published by American Iron and Steel. Definitely different and a bit of an odd ball. But Neal did a great many "non-Marvel / DC" work including advertisements and promotional work.
