I have a bunch of oldies in my spidey collection but I feel like this one is showing the least amount of defects and I may get it slabbed (not in it for the money) just love the slabs!  attaching bunch of photos!

This book has some great gloss. You may want to get it cleaned n pressed. 7.0 as is. Welcome to the boards : )

Great looking book except for the foxing on the back. I'd guess 7.0/7.5. I'd recommend taking your photos on a flat surface (i.e. without the overhang), but the lighting is on point.

I know they offer cleaning but I have never used their services so I dont know how good of a job they do.

Yes, Might even be an 8.0 as is, but the chips really hurt. Slabbed it will present well.

Chipping.

some corner dings and dents.

looks like a few minor spine tics that might not break color.

I think I’m going to pay extra for ccs pressing to see how close I can get it to a 8+ not worth a lot but a 8-9 1970 book would be cool!

To be honest, I don't think CCS will help much.

It wouldn't hurt but the chipping is going to probably cap you at 8.5 max. Also be careful not to make the chips worse.
