I am trying to understand the following:

1. If I send a book in great condition to CGC and they return it as a 9.8 but the book has clear damage now, what are my options?

2. If I receive the slab 9.8 from CGC and its inner sleeve is loose and banging around inside a slab, what are my options?

3.  If several months passed and the book became loose inside the 9.8 slab what are my options?

4. If I want to sell a 9.8 slab with the inner sleeve loose inside by how much does that lower the value?

5. If I realize too late that I purchased a 9.8 slab that has damage to the comic what are my options?

6. If I see a seller on Whatnot who consistently sells many CGC 9.8 slabs with various damages or defects what should I do?

2. contact Cgc and probably go online and send it for mechanical error fix

1.  Contact Cgc with before and after pictures and hope for the best

3. Yes you pay

1.  Work out a solution with Cgc. Almost certainly a case by case basis
