Top edge FC light wear, small TRFC crease, BRFC blunted outer corner, maybe a slight spine roll & a few minor stress lines. Maybe 1/4" tear on the top edge BC & some light soiling. 7.5 as is, 8.0 C/P. I would have pushed into the NM zone but for the tear.

I'm going with 7.0 due to the tear, but wouldn't be surprised if it grades out a bit higher.
