This seems stupid. That theme song seems stupid and that Lindsay Lohan joke old and kinda but yeah definitely watching this  This reminded me of shows like The Brak show or Aqua Teen Hunger Force.

The rumor comes courtesy of established industry scooper KC Walsh's Twitter account. It claims that Grillo will voice Doctor Phosphorus in the upcoming animated HBO miniseries Creature Commandos, which is part of Gunn and DC Studios co-chair and co-CEO Peter Safran's initial slate of DCU projects.

 

While Walsh tagged Gunn in his tweet requesting confirmation, the DC Studios boss is yet to respond as of this writing. As such, Grillo's casting as Doctor Phosphorus should be treated as pure speculation for now.

I feel like this is a missed opportunity as a live action Creature Commando movie seems like something that would suit Gunn perfectly.
