Dangers of Crack Use While Grading

16 posts in this topic

I absolutely hate these kinds of mistakes:

Joe - please don't assume we all share common knowledge. We share common interests that are spread out over many areas of knowledge. now I could probably enlighten you about some foibles from the pre-code horror world as you could from areas of your own interest.

So with that said, what is the mistake?

As Greggy said Pov, this book is (I'm assuming) not a 30 cent variant and all printed copies of the issue were 30 cents (ie the majority were not 25 cents, as is the case with genuine price variants).

JC, please confirm, as I do not have the list of actual 30 centers to hand.

I DID read that but Joe made the topic "grading". I don't see variants as a "garde" so was wondering if he had something else in mind.

Well I think JC/CI was referring to the fact that the CGC graders erroneously noted it as a "30 Cent Variant" on the label.

Cheers,
