Hello,

I sent in a submission of 10 comic books to be graded. My tracking number says that the books were delivered to you on February 1st at 5:18pm. My FedEx tracking number was 1001910584220003424000393974963413. My account number with CGC is CS281562 and my submission order number is CGC1631147230. This is my first ever submission for grading, so I am not exactly sure what your procedure is when you receive in an order. I am just a little nervous because when I enter the tracking number into the section on your website that says "Confirm Package Delivery" I get the message that my package has either not yet been delivered or has not been scanned for. I am just hoping to get confirmation that all is good and that you have received my order to be graded.

Hello! Thanks for reaching out. It looks like your submission has been received and entered into the system as of 2/6/23. You can find the most recent status updates on it by logging in and going to the Submission Tracking feature. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
