Comic 3pak with Marvel and DC? 0

I came across a 3 pack comic bag that had 2 Marvel books and one DC.  Is this normal?

I'm pretty sure it has a Moon Knight #1 from 1980 in the middle

Yes. Those are  made by secondary sellers who simply took overstock ,bagged them and sold them in non-comic shops.  You could buy the empty bags from most distributors and all you needed was a heat gun to sdeal the bags, though yours looks like they simply taped them.
