Just arrived yesterday from CGC.

Crime Detective Comics #9 from July-Aug. 1949.  CGC 5.0 with Off-White to White pages. Used in Seduction of the Innocent book by Fredric Wertham.

One of only 10 CGC graded copies (5 higher, 1 same, 3 lower).  A CGC 9.2 sold for $3,360 in April 2022 and a CGC 1.0 sold for $400 in December 2022.  I basically split the difference between those 2 sales.
