Recent CGC Ebay purchase with cracked seam 0

Greetings

I have a grand total of 3 CGCed books, all with the old label, but recently purchased a comic in a newer case. The corner is open at the seam and can be squeezed together, but has a gap by default (One of my pics i over exaggerated the gap). I am a CGC noob so I'm not sure if this is something I should worry about with someone trying to scam. I don't really see any other signs of tampering but also not exactly sure what to look for. How does this affect me possibly reselling it in the future, as I am the type to list something like this in the description even if the person I bought it from did not?

Overall what does it cost to reholder a book considering I am not currently a member?

Another tidbit. After I bought it I noticed the same book had been sold on the 22nd of Jan and was relisted on 5th of Feb(the Listing I bought).
