  1. Hello @Marytaro, thank you for contacting us! My system was able to take the payment yesterday on your invoice. Please note that your payment did not delay the processing of your order in any way. Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!
  2. Hello @HaxMammond, thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! To start, we currently require a minimum of 25 cards to be submitted under the bulk grading tier to qualify. If you have 10 cards to submit, unfortunately, they would not qualify for bulk since it does not meet the minimum quantity requirement. You may mix tiers on the same order, however, mixed tiers will not qualify under bulk itself since you must have a minimum of 25 cards under the actual bulk grading tier. What I mean by this, is for example you have 20 cards under Economy and 5 under Express, that does not qualify them for bulk since bulk is its own grading tier. Hopefully, this makes sense! If instead you are asking if you can send them in the same box, then yes, you may submit cards in different grading tiers in the same package. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
  3. Hello @joeboo, thank you for contacting us. At this time we do not provide graders' notes for cards, but it might be something we will do in the future. If and/or when we decide to start graders' notes, we will be sure to make an announcement. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
  4. Hi @Giants1966, it is possible that is their own census data, but we do not have a census built out on posters. As Matt M mentioned, it is possible we may have this feature in the future, but we do not have immediate plans to roll this out. Thank you for your understanding and patience in the meantime! Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!
  5. Hi @Ludaen, thank you! I will check with Signature Series on this and post back once I have more information.
  6. Hello @MooseJaw00, thank you for your patience! Per the grading team, we can indeed accept it and note the error, signed by Manny Machado. Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!
  7. Hello @MooseJaw00, thank you for contacting us. I am checking with my team to confirm how we would process this. I will let you know once I have more details. Thank you for your patience in the meantime!
  8. Hello @Coyotemags, thank you for contacting us. Yes, this green label Gem Mint 9.5 is eligible to be updated to a Gem Mint 10 black label. Feel free to send it in using the reholder service to be updated. Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!
  9. Hello @Ludaen, I am checking with Signature Series on this and they advised we would need a front and back photo of the page to ensure we can grade/encapsulate it and have it signed. Can you please kindly send photos so we can review this? Thank you!
  10. Hi @kcm54, for both questions, CGC will honor the discounts as long as the membership upgrade/member discount changes happen *prior* to the order being received by our facilities. If it's an order already in house and these changes are made, the changed discounts would not apply until the next order received. Hello @Gary Douglas ORange, your membership is set to nonrenew on 06/22/24. At that time, you will be returned to a free account. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
  11. Hello @MultiSig Mike, thank you for contacting us. Both of these are indeed signature series labels. The "hue" of the label can look slightly different depending on when the label is printed (end-of-the-line production tends to have "lighter" hue of yellow if that makes sense). Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
  12. Hello @TwoYewts! Yes, we can indeed grade these. Feel free to send these on in for grading when you are able. Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!
  13. Hello again @GeneM! Yes, we can grade these! Feel free to send these on in for grading when you are able. Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!

  15. Hello @GeneM, thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! I am checking with my team on this now. I will reply back here once we have an answer on this. Thank you!
  16. Hello @Commensalism, thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! While we would be able to grade your card, we are not able to determine via email if the card would be eligible for an error designation until our graders have the card in hand. With that said, we can provide some guidelines on what errors we designate to assist you in making that determination. Please kindly visit the link HERE to review the errors we currently designate at this time. It does not cost anything extra for the card to be reviewed for an error designation though, so be sure to click the "error" add-on service if you decide to send this card in to us. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
  17. Hello @Steady Lifted. thank you for contacting us. If a shipment is unable to be delivered after 3 delivery attempts, it will be returned to the sender. Once a shipment is returned to CGC and processed through our mail queue, we will contact you to confirm the shipping address and make the necessary reshipping arrangements. Changes to the shipping method and/or address can be made by replying to the RETURNED SHIPMENT email notice. The RETURN SHIPMENT email will be sent to the account holder and the account holder must respond to that email directly to arrange any changes and re-delivery. The order does need to be checked back into the system and gone through our intake queue again, so it can take a little time before you receive this notice. We will email you once it is ready to be sent out again to clarify the address and reshipment details. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
  18. Hello @jelymac, thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! The grading team replied and advised that these card differences are a bit too similar to create an actual noted variation. We will remain to label these as we are currently. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
  19. Hello @bolex, thank you for contacting us. CGC Cards grades virtually all trading card games (TCGs), sports cards, and non-sports cards. Currently, we accept cards sized 2-5/8” x 3-3/4” (6.6cm x 9.5cm) or smaller. Cards may be up to 7.25mm thick. As long as these cards are standard-sized (which I believe they are), feel free to send them on in! Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!

  21. Hello @Chris/RisingPhoenix, Thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! We can indeed grade VHS tapes with autographs. However, we will be unable to authenticate the autograph on the tape, so once graded, your item will receive a "qualified" label. This allows the graders to ignore the signature for grading purposes and the book is not downgraded for the writing. Label Description | CGC. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

As long as these cards fall within these dimensions, we should have no issues grading these cards! Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!
  24. Hello @hachimaull, thank you for contacting us/ Hope you are doing well! Those are some awesome games you have on your hands. Currently, we do not have an ETA or updates available on when we may be able to accept PC video games at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. I would kindly suggest signing up for our CVG Newsletter to receive any updates on when we may start grading these games, as there will likely be size restrictions once/if we are able to accept them. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you for checking!
  25. Hello @UmbyDad, thank you for contacting us. Hope you are doing well! Encapsulating a card upside down will ultimately be up to the graders on if they feel the card will be best presented that way. We have indeed have received this request in the past, so feel free to write on your submission form that you'd like the card to be encapsulated upside down and your request will be reviewed once the card goes to encapsulation. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
