Carrier tracking may indicate that your submission has been received at our office, however it can still take a short amount of time to reflect within our online submission tracking. Yes, the card should still be eligible for grading, but note that the hole itself may negatively impact the grade (to what degree though, a grader would need to review). Grading fees will vary depending on the grading tier you choose. There is no one set grading fee for everything. All the grading fees options for magazines can be viewed at HERE. Choose a grading tier based on the declared insurance value you list for your book.  Each tier has a maximum declared value amount that can be listed per book to qualify for that tier.  If a book value exceeds that maximum, then a higher tier must be selected. The higher the value of your book the higher the grading fee.   We hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

When using the book search bar in the online submission form, you should see a phrase at the very top that states "I Can't Find My Comic." When selecting this option, it will allow you to manually enter your books that are not showing up in the search bar. Please select this option if the search bar is not finding the specific books you are trying to submit and we will get them added to the system when they move to grading. We do grade strategy guides through CGC Comics as long as the book is within the following dimensions: 11-1/2” tall 8-7/8” wide 1/2” thick Feel free to submit any books within these dimensions in for grading/encapsulation! Unfortunately, we are not able to determine via photos if the card would be eligible for an error designation until our graders are able to review the card in hand. With that said, we can provide some guidelines on what errors we designate to assist you in making that determination. Please see the link HERE to review the errors we currently designate at this time. Presently, I do not see this ink error listed, however, if it is significant enough, it may qualify for an error designation. It does not cost anything extra for the card to be reviewed for an error designation though, so please click the "error" add-on service should you decide to send this card in to be graded.   25. Hello @Msgarmar, thank you for contacting us. Yes, you may request Mark Bagley to sign the back of your books and for them to be encapsulated backwards. However, note that this is only a request and that Mr. Bagley is able to make his own determination on where he would like to sign. Additionally, the graders will need to review the request to approve it being encapsulated backwards. We have done this in the past, so it is possible it may be allowed. As for your second inquiry, yes the notation should still be listed. As you mentioned, the label will no longer be eligible though. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
