90s Superman Collecters : Organize by Triangle or Series? 1 1

Hey. I'm reorganizing my 1985 to 2011 runs of Superman ,AOS, SMOS and AC with the assorted one-shots etc. Do you organize your  collections from.this time frame by series or by the triangle numbering? I currently have them all organized by series with the one-shots and annuals in their own box. But when someone suggested the Emperor Joker storyline, I decided to dig it out and give it a re-read as Inhadnt read it since it came out. I had to go and pull out and dig through 5 boxes. If they were in the triangle system I would have had 1 box. I know the triangle ended in 2002ish but that's still 11 years (from 1991) to organize.

Thoughts?

I keep the Superman issues from 1991-2001 in triangle/S-symbol number order. Limited series and any one-shots that aren't part of that numbering reside elsewhere.
