Considered an Error Card or not by CGC?

Are Pokemon Jungle Cards missing the set symbol considered error cards by CGC? They are listed in Pokemon cards you can select for bulk grading, but I'm not sure if they are charged extra as error cards or not. When I checked error cards for bulk submissions, it called all of my cards error cards. When I don't select error cards, it shows up in the cards to select without saying it's an error. Thank you for your help.
