As stated above it looks like the ten cent pre-authorization is from my credit union and not CGC. That is pretty weird and completely unexpected, for the record I do believe these are "removed" as I have not found one that actually charged.

After speaking with Mike, just for reference here is the actual view from their side. The pre-authorization were made but 0.00 was charged on their end.
