Is this book trimmed? Or just some major production flaws? 0

Just wanting to get some "second opinions" on this book. Thank you for any opinions either way.

For a book with that much going on in terms of wear, bends etc, (for example, when viewing the spine from the back,) it has suspiciously sharp corners! The cut itself looks too neat with regard to the alignment of the right hand edge of the pages. I'd have to say on balance, yes this has been tampered with.
