I see enough little corner dings, particularly on the back to expect around a 9.2. 9.4 as a best case if lucky. To me, you want the overwhelming majority of books from the last ~20 years to have a high % chance of hitting a 9.6 or 9.8 to consider grading. The exception being the rare book that sells for >$100 in grades <9.6. There's just too many graded modern books out there where the combined costs of grading, plus what you could recoup selling the borderline raw copy, would nearly cover the cost of buying the graded book. A recent 9.4 of this one sold for <$70 & there's another listed right now for $59 with no bids. You can do the math on grading vs buying graded with that. That's my approach, look at sales & calculate whether combined pressing/grading/shipping add up to a worthwhile investment (and then hope I'm not over-grading my book).

Thanks a ton, that makes a lot of sense.
