3 submissions shipped in the same package 1 1

Hi,

I shipped 3 submissions together. 2 submissions were modern and 1 submission was modern - custom label. Both of the non-custom label submissions were entered into the system and I received a submission acknowledgement. However, the submission with custom labels is not in the system and was not listed on the acknowledgement even though they were shipped together. Will I receive an acknowledgement for the custom label submission separately? Thanks.

Hello! Yes, you should receive a separate email acknowledgement for the custom label submission once it has been processed into the system. You should most likely see this one entered today. Send an email or call customer service if you do not get an update and they can investigate further for you. submissions@cgccomics.com. Thank you!
