In your experience, do higher tiers often give more grader's notes?

Sometimes I see modern books graded a 9.8 and still have grader's notes... I am wondering if these books were possibly submitted in express tier instead of modern. :shiftyeyes:

I have submitted many books under modern and have not once gotten grader's notes on a 9.8 - what are your guys' experiences?

I don't think the tier has any effect on whether or not there are grader's notes.  A 9.8 is rarely going to have notes--I have only gotten notes on one of my 9.8 submissions, noting that it had spine ticks.
