Received then Vanished? 0

Hello All,

This is the first time I have seen this error.

I sent a book in and it was received signed for by a person (not sure if I should post the name)

It sat in received status at the facility for awhile and today when I went to check on it, it says I didn't send anything.

The Exact error is:

"Your package has either not been delivered or has not been scanned by our staff. Please check back in a couple of days."

But it was received and was just sitting at the facility...

Kind of worried about it now...

I think the system/site may be down. My current submission as well as my past ones within the past few months aren’t showing up.
