Planet #67 CGC 6.0 C/OW Fiction House 1952. Maurice Whitman cover. 

I can't seem to get the colors right on these unless I use natural light with glare, so the first picture has glare, but the colors are correct.

That's it for tonight...I was going to put in a few more Planets, but my husband who never pays attention to comics kept telling me they are all keepers...;) Can't imagine why?

Tomorrow night starts with a Famous Superhero, and ends with a Mary Marvel WOW, I'm not listing the books in-between, because I keep changing them up, lol.

OK, first up...one of my favorite Superman covers because of the dragon. I have more expensive ones, but I just like the dragon;) DC books from 1952 are generally not that easy to find. There are only 49 blue copies on the census, 53 total.

Superman #78, CGC 4.5 OW/W 1952, DRAGON Cover !!

A raw VG+ (4.5) just sold on eBay for $377 plus $27 shipping .

Thrilling Comics , #60 CGC 6.0 OW/W 1947, Better Publications, Schomburg Cover

A raw copy with a big piece out of the front cover (more like a 2.0 maybe) , just sold on eBay as a 4.0 for $225.

Wow #13, CGC 7.0 OW/W Fawcett Publications 5/43. Centerfold detached.  There are 15 on the census, total.  There are a few scratches on the slab...I bought it that way. I took a picture so you could see them (complete with glare) .If you want to have it reholdered, we can talk about a discount for that.

There are 8 total on the Census.

This copy has not been cleaned or pressed.

The Last Sale was a 4.0 that sold Nov 2022 for $1230. That price would prorate to $1691. It's really hard to figure a price for a book with only 8 copies. 

Bin is $1495.00
