Deadpool's Secret Secret Wars for issue # 2 0

Would it be possible to fix a set in the Registry? Issue # 2 has only 3 issues that have been graded in the CGC census but the registry set shows 4 issues for # 2. I believe the Rubio variant is the same as the variant edition. There is no Rubio variant edition in the CGC census. These 3 issues are the only issues available in # 2 for this set. Do you concur and can you delete this 4th option from the set?

1) Cullen Bunn story, Matteo Lolli art, Bobby Rubio cover - 2

2) Bachalo Variant Cover - 2b

3) Variant Edition (Rubio did do this cover) -
