Bag has some ink transfers on the outside (it looks like), but books inside unaffected. The Action looks to be a least a VF/NM or better, and the Detective a VF+ or better (the Tec has a tiny chip out of the top right cover). I have more multi-packs -- I'll see how this one goes before I list any others.
