I've got 1.0 b/c of the staining/moisture damage. Along with the other extensive defects, I think the staining which they hate anyway, will take it down to the "it's complete" grade. It's still a copy of XM1, which is quite a thing to own.

This has got basically every problem a book can have lol . That said, this is a huge blue chip key, it's complete, and presents pretty well. With those things in mind, even though it probably deserves lower, I would not be surprised to see someone give it a 2.0 - 2.5 (closer to a 2, by looking at other graded copies of this issue). Also, though it probably won't help the grade, getting rid of that spine-roll will do wonders for the aesthetic appeal which will give it a leg up over other copies of the same grade.
